網上保用證登記指示

若使用網上登記您的保用證，您必須先登記成為會員。

網上登記所需條件
要於網上登記您的產品保用證，您必須使用有效的電郵地址作為登記。

當登記成為會員後，您可以即時開始網上登記保用，費用全免。

所登記的產品，其保用範圍將受到下列保用條款所規範。

Please register Membership before using the Online Service.

On-line Warranty Registration Requirements
If you decided to apply for warranty registration online, you must use a valid email address.

After registration, you can start using the free online service.

For your item being warranted, you are bound by Warranty Terms & Conditions.

保用條款

由購買日期起計算及成功完成網上登記，本公司將根據下列條款及細則，提供15個月保養服務(商業用享為3個月):

1. 於購買後15個月內(只限於成功完成網上登記)，經本公司技術員判斷為正常運作下損壞之產品可獲免費維修和/或零件更換。

2. 以下情況不被包括在保養範圍內:

- 不依說明書使用本產品；

- 若產品是因為濫用、錯誤使用、疏忽及/或意外而遭致損壞；

- 未經授權之自行處理、維修及/或改裝；

- 任何機殼、面蓋，以及配件之損毀或刮花，並不包括在本保用範圍內。

3. 需要檢查或維修時，請將產品送往本公司服務中心，並於修理妥當後自行取回。

4. 更換後之任何損壞零件，均屬本公司所有。

5. 本保養服務只適用於香港特別行政區。

6. 顧客必須同時出示零售商之正式發票或取貨/換領收據，方可得到免費維修服務。

Warranty Terms and Conditions

Registered product is warranted for 15 months (commercial use for 3 months) from the date of purchase under following conditions:

1. For any defect, in the judgment of our technician, if it is caused under normal use, we are responsible for repairing the product, and/or replacing parts at free of charge in the 15 months commencing from the date of purchase (for registered product only).

2. This warranty DOES NOT apply to:

- Use of product not according to instruction manual;

- If the product has been damaged through abuse, misuse, negligence or accidents;

- Unauthorized repair, alteration/modification;

- Any damage or scratch on the house, cover or accessories, is excluded from this warranty.

3. The customer is requested to bring the unit to and from our Service Centre whenever service is needed.

4. Any defective parts, which had been replaced, shall be of our property.

5. This warranty is valid in H.K.S.A.R. only.

6. You shall show the Invoice or delivery/ redemption receipt to get free service.
